I was able to successfully setup thanks to @straightlight.

This is the issue, when I use my Gmail email to create an account or try to reset my password I am not getting the verification email. But when I try my Hotmail email I was able to receive both emails. Any Idea what is causing that?
I am using SMTP settings from my host provider.

TS is using SMTP settings from host provider to
send email to Gmail and Hotmail.

How can I fix this issue? Because I know most of the customers will have a Gmail account. The Gmail account is a personal account.

Where are you sending email from? That's where you need to check your SPF and DKIM records. Are you sending from a Gmail account, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or email included with your web hosting plan? You can go to whatsmydns.net and enter your domain and choose TXT Record to check your current SPF Record and DKIM Record (that involves entering the DKIM Selector instead of your domain) or you can use this site: https://www.mail-tester.com/spf-dkim-check

If you are using email accounts provided through your web hosting plan, just open a ticket with your web hosting company to have them look it over for you.

This has to be done within your DNS Records and hosting control panel. If you provide more details on your domain and/or your hosting control panel, I can help. The easy way to resolve it is to contact your web hosting company and asked them to make the updates for you.
