OC version.FatCatGrafix wrote: ↑Sat Jul 29, 2023 5:30 amI have alot of fradulent gift vouchers that appear to possibly have been created by a bot. I tried deleting them, but it wont let me. It has a warning message. "Warning: This voucher cannot be deleted as it is part of an order!" Once I click on the order it refernces an order for fradulent gift certificates that were also created by a bot. I have no way of deleting these. Any idea of how to wipe all of these out? Thanks

In the long run, you need to get the spambots to stop registering fake accounts and/or fake order orders. Take a look at our SpamBot Buster tool.
Export/Import Tool * SpamBot Buster * Unused Images Manager * Instant Option Price Calculator * Number Option * Google Tag Manager * Survey Plus * OpenTwig
Thanks Guys! Those are all great ideas moving forward, but I need to find out how to remove what orders have already been placed. Isnt there a way to go into a file and clear out all orders?paulfeakins wrote: ↑Mon Jul 31, 2023 8:00 pmTry https://www.opencart.com/index.php?rout ... er=antropy

Login to your admin Panel, you can delete the order, then you will be able to delete the voucher in question.FatCatGrafix wrote: ↑Mon Jul 31, 2023 8:45 pmThanks Guys! if your note sure; if you try to delete the voucher the pop up will give you the order number its attached to. the orders with them being fake maybe in missing orders etc.

I'm not sure where to find the orders to delete them. I do know how to get into the cPanel, but I'm not sure where to go from there. Would it be under Files or Databases (phpMyAdmin)? Is it possible to get the key strokes I need to do once I go to the cPanel?

user demo
password demo
its the admin panel of your store not cpanel.
Navigation >> Orders >> Select the Order Delete (red button trash can icon)
Navigation >> Gift Vouchers >> Select the Fake Voucher Delete (red button trash can icon)
(there are none in the demo at the moment but im sure it will help a little)

You can't just go into the database and start deleting stuff, you're likely to break things.FatCatGrafix wrote: ↑Tue Aug 01, 2023 6:17 amI'm not sure where to find the orders to delete them.
