Problem Entering Product Description

For some reason I'm unable to enter new products in my store because the product description field keeps hanging on something. The page will start to load but will hang up while trying to load the wysiwyg. I've tried it on separate computers with IE, FF, and Seamonkey. I've tried reinstalling and I've tried it with version 0.7.7 and 0.7.8. Nothing works. The only thing I'm left with that could be the problem is my server. Does anyone have any advice to help me get this thing going?
