Hello,

In Oc opencart-3.0.3.8 i got language Dutch and English

If i add a product i want only the Dutch language but now i got to fill in Dutch and Englisch.
(In admin)

How set the English language to inactive?

Maybe its not a good idea to remove it completely

Use OC -3.0.3.8 and 4.0.1.1 & default theme

It's not. In OC v3x releases, it will affect the upgrades.

Not sure if this will work but you can try the following:

1) Go to System -> Settings, and set both "Language" and "Administration Language" options to Dutch.
2) After completing step 1, go to System -> Localisation -> Languages, and delete English.

Do not delete the English language folder/files from your server.

You might also want to perform a backup of your website before attempting this just to be safe.
