Did you get it scanned from your hosting provider?
If yes, just share the reports to help fix it quick.

Is it only fraud orders you are receiving or is the website acting weird? If it's only fraud orders you're receiving, it doesn't mean your website was hacked. You can add an extension for Fraudlabs, MaxMind or similar to flag fraudulent orders.

Were your website files scanned for malware? Was any present? Does your website use an SSL Certificate? Do you have a strong and unique password for each of your admin users and for your hosting control panel?

If it is only fake orders coming from spambots then our SpamBot Buster will be quite effective on preventing spambots creating fake accounts and spam mails.
