Hi there.
I purchased an extension using my credit card, but it does not appear on my orders or dowloads page. I wrote to Opencart support about this issue, but I couldn't get help for 48 hours.

Have any of you had the same problem?

No one in the forum will be able to help you with this. You will need to wait for the OpenCart team to respond, or submit another ticket if they haven't it within another few days.

If the order isn't showing up in your orders area, I'm guessing it wasn't successful. You could try placing another order --- however, if the payment *did* go through, you may get double charged. If that happens, just ask the OpenCart team for a refund on the first order. Don't do a chargeback from your credit card company, or you will likely be banned from the marketplace.
