[SOLVED] Developer Setting Gear Icon Missing

Hi All Experts,
I have been running my web store for a long time now and today suddenly I noticed (I really don't know when it was disappeared) that the Developer Setting Gear Icon is missing from the admin panel
I am using OCX 2.3.0.2
Please help how can I bring the icon back?

That setting is only in OpenCart 3.0 and 4.0.

Oh sorry for my ignorance.
I am using OC3 for another website an got confused.
