Hi, I am using OC 3.0.3.8 and I just noticed that my website is failing to load some of the images, I am using a webp convertion extension for months now and everything worked fine. I also noticed an odd visitor from China which seems like a hacking attempt because of the referrer, what do you guys think?

I make it standard practice to install Ninja firewall on all my OC sites.

I wouldn't say that referrer implies that.

However, all sites on the Internet are under constant attack from hackers, and mostly automated bots.

You should definitely take steps to secure it.

As regards bruteforce attacks, see this forum thread.

When it comes to preventing spambots from delivering spam mails or fake account registrations, you can use the SpamBot Buster.

Export/Import Tool * SpamBot Buster * Unused Images Manager * Instant Option Price Calculator * Number Option * Google Tag Manager * Survey Plus * OpenTwig
