Open Cart 4.x and theme integration documentation

There is no proper documentation available on theme integration on OC 4.x also very few themes are available.
Kindly anyone explain the way to add themes to OC 4.x and change it from admin panel.

Just take a look at system/storage/marketplace/oc_theme_example.ocmod.zip
