Product images says upload but doesn't

v 3.0.3.8
My installation has been moved to another server, all seemed ok.
But when adding a new product and uploading image, it says "Image uploaded successfull"
but only the image name is visible ?

Could be something is wrong in your config.php files. Could als be a permissions issue.

Check both the OpenCart and PHP error logs. Check your web browser's developer console.
