Using version 3.0.3.8. When a client orders we send an email from DB thanking them, etc., but recently many of these are not being delivered. The SMTP settings are the exact same as in my email client, and I can send these people an email from my client using the same email address/setting (using Outlook) and they receive it everytime. Then I try and send on via the database and they don't get it. Any help?
Use an online email deliverability checker such as mail-tester.com to see if the email look like spam.
