404 Not Found

So yesterday i noticed my opencart admin area displayed this

'Not Found
The requested URL was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.'

but did not stop me from working within the admin area.
when i enabled error messages this is what i get

So i asked my host for any ideas and they sent me this
