WordPress to opencart

Hello, I have an affiliate blog on WordPress https://huntingmonitor.com/ and I'm planning to start E-commerce on it too. I'm here to ask if opencart allows blog section on store or not? If I can have blog section (my older content) as well as strore on side too? Thanks

Yes, there are many blog extensions that exist for opencart that has similar work experience as WordPress. But these extension does not provide flexibility for WordPress. You can find the extension on OpenCart  Marketplace or on just start with our TMD OpenCact Blog Module.

What I suggest you do not break or restart the affiliated blog website.
instead, you can start an e-commerce website under the sub-domain for example ecommerce.huntingmonitor.com/

or a sub-folder like huntingmonitor.com/ecommerce having your blog in WordPress and e-commerce in the same domain without losing anything like SEO, URL structure, user bookmarks, etc.
