currency extension - Need a module or a specialist for its creation

Hi to all.
In my frontend of OC 3.0.3.8 i use only one - default currency.
I would like to enable the other currency but only to a certain registered customer (group) by default, so that when he logs in as a registered member of certain customer group, he would be able to see the prices only in that additional and not default currency.
Can anybody help how to associate those two things together?
