Extension Installer Error

OC 4.0.1.1
Ubuntu 20.04LTS
Plesk Provisioning Management
PHP8.0(have tried with 7.4 and 8.2 same results)
I try to use the Extension > Extension Installer to install any extension and I get File already exist
When I go to the Extension List the extensions are not in the list
if I upload the files they are not available in the list of extensions.
I've check permission and they look right
What can I look at next to find the answer?

Delete from storage/marketplace then try again or don't use oc 4.x...

that fixed the issue but I'm still getting an error say that the install.json file can not be found
every extension I've tried gives the same error

Well, OC v.4.0.1.1 should not be used anyway, it's a Prototype Version and full of Misses.
This one is much better, if you really want to use the latest OC v.4.x:

Still, this one would be a much better alternative for a production Site, from my personal point of view:

Don't use OpenCart 3 extensions for OpenCart 4. Besides, none of the OpenCart 4.0.x.x releases is stable enough for production sites, OpenCart 4 is still subject to development and bugfixes.
