Dear members,

I need your help, I finally have my webshop in order. And now want to run the following.

I want to set up a phpbb3.3.9 forum which is intended as information/howto/documentation.

I've tried it in two ways which doesn't really work very well.
- via subdomain support.mydomain.nl
- via a folder created "forum"
but it doesn't really work well. with the first method, the installation succeeds, but when you surf to it, I get an error that the page cannot be found. But the ACP was available in the beginning.
via the folder "forum" then everything will work ACP and the frontpage, but if you forget your password, for example, you will be forwarded to the webshop with the message that the page cannot be found, or does not exist.

what could it be?

You are looking for cms to serve documentation
1) get Grav
2) add Learn2 theme

Grav is good. As above, only use forum software if you want a forum. A forum is not a wiki.

for me it was because its easy to use etc. And i can close register and only to read etc.
grav is new to me, need to figure out how to install it.

phpbb was installed without problems, but the frontend was not working properly.
dont know if it has to do with the https or without https etc.

Ah yes, you want to use the wrong tool for the job because it's the only tool you know. I guess sometimes when you're holding a hammer, everything looks like a nail ;)
