Your site is quite slow and bloated, with too much of wasted screen space. Use a faster standard compliant web theme and stay with the OpenCart frame.

Try temporarily with the default theme, to compare the loading speeds. The Journal3 framework is quite bloated, and often several times slower. It also makes your site 80% non-Opencart in terms of the number of PHP files. See this forum thread.

Despite this, there are still some things you can do. Avoid Journal equivalents when there already corresponding faster Opencart pages.

You've got a number of errors caused by your non-OpenCart Journal3 framework:

Layout was forced before the page was fully loaded. If stylesheets are not yet loaded this may cause a flash of unstyled content. en:41:298
The resource at “https://jhd-managedservices.store/catal ... 3f304c6f79” preloaded with link preload was not used within a few seconds. Make sure all attributes of the preload tag are set correctly. en

Also, your website is slower than compared to a standard OpenCart.

The look&feel appears to be non-inspiring, quite a flat 2-dimensional look. The cookie bar is sometimes empty.

Of course it will always be slower then the default standard OpenCart sites.
Because there is basically nothing on the default OpenCart sides for extensions, modules etc.

I will try to fix the attributes, any chance what i need to modify?

the website is simple, no extra fancy menu bars or something like that. on the mobile phone its easy to navigate.
All is in the correct place, i had some external people testing the navigation.
Also gtmetrix says the site is easy to navigate. and i alo do not have that much products at the moment.
in the future i can maybe change.

Since you are not using the OpenCart framework, it's best to contact the Journal3 support. OpenCart itself does not have this issue.

The look&feel often is a matter of personal taste. IMHO this particular website looks flat and a bit uninspiring, but then again so is the MS software :)
In any case, above mentioned bugs should be resolved as soon as possible, they are caused by the Journal3 framework.

Your website is still quite slow, probably because you are still using the bloated Journal3 framework instead of the faster OpenCart.

That can be, i am using the Journal theme as well, maybe once they upgrade that one. I will upgrade it as well and will then see if it improves.

or to see where i can modify and improve.
