Found 404 error in opencart extension | Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an Error

Hi
I don't know how and why this error message comes up.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

When I click on extension > extension

I got error like this
