missed orders

salut, ma poate ajuta cineva in legatura cu inregistrarea comenzilor inainte de a fi finalizate si inregistrate ca "myssed orders"?
Mai exact in momentul cand clientul este trece de pasul in care selecteaza metoda de plata, fara sa apese butonul "finalizare comanda" in baza de date este inregistrata comanda cu statusul "myssed orders" ce are id_status 0. nu apare in admin dar primeste id_order si apare in aplicatia pe care o folosesc pentru preluarea comenzilor.
De la ce ar putea fi si cum se poate rezolva?

If it is a live website, then you should create a backup of your website.

1. You might be considered uninstalling the latest module you installed on your website.
2. Also, clear the cache from admin, also clean the cache on CDN services like Cloudflare, BunnyCDN, etc.
3. go back to the default checkout of OpenCart, if you are using the third-party checkout module. check whether the issue still exists or not.
4. Also, go back default OpenCart theme, and check again.

Salutare, am o solutie care face sa iti apara in ordinea noarmala a comenzilor din comenzile nefinalizate doar cele cu mail si numar de telefon.
