I have PayPal Commerce Platform module installed on OpenCart 2.0. But during checkout, if the user wants to use card payment, the card form fields are not showing.

What version of PHP?
Which payment module are you using for card payments?
Any errors in your web browser's developer console when to reach that step of the checkout?
Any errors in your OpenCart error log?
Any errors in your PHP error log?

Any errors in your OpenCart error log? = No error on error.log file
Any errors in your PHP error log? = No Php error.
Are you using the latest OpenCart PayPal Commerce Platform module? Have you made any modifications?
It should show as one item "PayPal (Express, Card)" at step 5 of the checkout. You screenshot shows 2 items.

Have you made any modifications? The only change in the language file (Rename the title to Card Payment)
It should show as one item "PayPal (Express, Card)" at step 5 of the checkout. You screenshot shows 2 items. = The opencart website make use of 2 PayPal modules. 1. PayPal Commerce Platform module 2. PayPal Payment Standard. That is why it is showing 2.

With no error messages to go on, you would probably be best to contact the payment extension support or hire a developer to look into it.
