Not able to login to opencart admin

Login screen has some error i am not able to login
using opencart version 1.5
Please refer attached image there is no button to login
I can click on forget password and that page works perfectly fine.
even pressing enter key does not process the page
no i havent edited any code or template
kindly suggest

Check both your PHP and OpenCart error logs. Also check your web browser's developer console for errors.

PHP version. SSL or not?

error message was file missing mmysqli.php, but file existed .so i renamed it and restored one from backup. and everything is working smoothly now.
