I use Journal 3 + OC 3.X


sometimes my customers clicking the cart button in right-top
goes to this page


then when they click "checkout" in the bottom
nothing processed

no error or any warning
but just not working

sometimes i changed to use "incognito window" and do again will work
how can i deal with this?

really please help me i really have no idea

OC Version is in 4 digits and can be found at the bottom of every OC admin page

Besides, the Journal3 framework isn't supported here, use the Journal support, or use the standard OpenCart framework and checkout.

I have the same problem, did anyone find the solution to this?

Is there a reason you won't contact the Journal support? It's not an OpenCart issue.
