[SOLVED] Can't login in admin or change password

Every time i've tried in the past few days to login, i've got the cool down screen instead:
Tried also to change the password, but didn't get any e-mail:
How can i approach and control my website, please help.

You will need to provide more information if you want help. Your OpenCart version for a start.

Server error logs as well.

Open Cart version 3.0.3.8

Have you changed the time zone in the settings at all?
Have you checked both your PHP and OpenCart error logs?
Your screenshots are too small to read the messages. What do they say?

The quickest way would be simply paying a developer to get you back in.

When trying to login, it shows me:
When i click on forgotten password, and give my e-mail to recover, then i see the next screen, but get no mail:
