The OpenCart documentation (at http://docs.opencart.com/en-gb/extension/payment/ ) enumerates a variety of core payment methods, from bank transfers to online payment gateways. In my OpenCart 4.0 installation, though, there appear to be only four available payment methods (in Extensions/Extensions/Payments). Where are all of the other enumerated "core" payment methods, such as Authorize.net?
