Checking now but it is odd that the customer order confirmation emails are sending normally??ADD Creative wrote: ↑Wed Oct 19, 2022 5:21 amUnless you have changed anything on your store just before it started happening you are probably best to ask you host. They may have changed something or the emails may of been falsely detected as spam.
Is there anyway to access the missing partial CC info emails that are lost?

Finding what happened to the emails is very dependent on how your store, hosting and email accounts are set up. Sometimes you can find the email errors under the system email account if you have one. You may be able to check the mail logs yourself. In cPanel it's under Track Delivery.
You could also use an online email deliverability checker to check the emails your store send out are correct.
That kinda thing seems like something for people who cant get approved for a CC account. What % do they take?
Notice it says it was recently updated, too
