For now better upgrade to 3.0.3.8 if you have issues with 3.0.2.0.
If you have no issues with 3.0.2.0 wait 6 months- 1 year, then upgrade to 4.x.x.x
If you have no issues with 3.0.2.0 wait 6 months- 1 year, then upgrade to 4.x.x.x

either need to partially be upgraded also, or better replaced by new
