This is the box option when viewing an order, with or without changing the order status.
Happens when I click the box and click "Add History".

So it had been working in the past but know I am getting this message, "Warning: You do not have permission to access the API!"

I was attempting to setup STMP mail and got the message. Reverted back to standard mail and still getting the message.
I was working with my host today to fix email issues with the records because they had old settings after migrating to a new server weeks ago.
But after migrating the emails and website were working fine so don't think it's related.
As admin I have all permissions selected. So not sure why I'm being restricted.

Ok so I might be mistaken and it's not the Notify Customer, but it's the "Add History" itself that stopped working.
I've also uploaded the 3.0.3.8 files once again so maybe that might have caused the issue.

Fixed it. Seems to be timezone related. Surprised this has never been fixed.

Did this to fix it.
