Option Select

Hi Guys

How could I plan the options for a product in the following way:

To begin with, the client has only one option to select:

Kids or Adults

After choosing adults for example, another option to select will appear instantly:

XS / S / M etc

I did all the options, but all I managed to do was add them to the product and all the options appear. I would like the kids sizes to appear if kids are chosen, I would like the adult sizes to appear if adults are chosen. Thank you very much!
