Advice Please! Best module to buy for migrating orders and products?

Hello! I am upgrading an Open Cart build from v.1.6 to v.4.0. What is the best module that I can purchase to migrate all my customers, orders, and products from the old version to the new version?

Better don't upgrade yet to 4.0
Upgrade to 3.0.3.8

I just used litextension and it is pretty straight forward and easy! Excellent results as well!
