[SOLVED] When to order product A, B, C etc. from my suppliers

I want extension/module for making easier and better orders at suppliers. I use the previous older version of Admin Quick Edit. I have used it for years, it gives me better editing of products. I am about with field UPC to enter a value for a 'critical' amount, meaning: it is about time to order more products from supplier X. All my products have a supplier. I use field manufacturer = supplier.

My warehouse uses a 4 digit number for each product. I have imported all these 4 digit numbers in field SKU.

I would like to select a supplier, make an export and a txt file is created based on condition: IF UPC =< "critical value", then this product gets a line in the txt file. This txt file (the export) contains these 7 fields

manufacturer, Model, SKU, quantity, reorder quantity (UPC), 3 months sale (EAN), 6 months sale (JAN)
