Hello,
Recently, I can no longer make a backup from the admin interface.
It works if I select on table but if I select all' a blank page appears and nothing happens.
have you ever seen this? and do you have a solution?
Thanks

What version on PHP? Have you checked both your PHP and OpenCart error logs?

A better way may be to use the backup tools in your hosting.

Copyright (c) The PHP Group
Zend Engine v3.4.0, Copyright (c) Zend Technologies
with Zend OPcache v7.4.30, Copyright (c), by Zend Technologies

I just erased my logs and restarted a backup... and there was nothing....

See in your server error logs for latest errors regarding your backups. Also take note that PHP v7.4 release is on the road to deprecation by the industry, as I would suggest to upgrade to PHP 8.1 before then especially since you posted in the OC v4.x releases section of the forum instead of the OC v3.x releases with your OC v3.0.3.6 incident request.

Ask your host. Sometimes it need to be set in htaccess with php_value or even in the hosting control panel.
