I will like to know where I can get support from an error I am getting inside my SMTP email configuration.

CHECK BELOW.

These are my dashboard settings: https://prnt.sc/9qekjq0HMS9C

This is the POST I get when I send message: https://prnt.sc/FFAHah-O_dpE

Emails are not send and below is the three errors I am getting.

They are all inside the same file and inside the same line.

Warning: fsockopen(): Peer certificate CN='ns10*****.ip-92-204-139.us' did not match expected CN='mail.te*****ilfw.com' in /public_html/system/library/mail.php on line 167

Warning: fsockopen(): Failed to enable crypto in /public_html/system/library/mail.php on line 167

This is something you need to ask you mail server provider. It is not returning the correct certificate.
