Looking for developer and price quote on upgrading oc 2.1 to 4.0

Dear OC developers,
I want to upgrade my existing 2.1 opencart to 4.0. There is some custom work done to the webshop so all of that would need to be carried over to 4.0 as well.
Looking for price quotes and average time it would take in hours. Feel free to shoot me a PM if you need some more information and a link to the shop.

I agree with @thekrotek comment but ver 3.0.3.8 you can choose.
