Extension not downloading

Hello world,

I have been having this issue where when i press download on an extension the loading animation gif plays next to the extension name and then the download button goes back to normal and nothing happens. Im not sure this relates, but the same thing happens to when i try to delete the default products that came with the store.

Has this happened to anyone before?
How do I solve it?
