Looking for any discussion on upgrading from 3.0.3.3

1. is it worth it?
2. what are the advantages/disadvantages
3. upgrade instructions, i saw 3.0.3.8 to 4 but what about 3.0.3.3
4. OR would a clean install of 4 save any time then manually add everything back in?

Well, if you don't plan to play Prototype Tester, better select one of the latest OC v.3.x Versions, like shown here:
