Hello
I have a fresh install opencart 3.0.3.8 ,can't fix it.
Cannot login as admin, password is 8 numbers. Because i read in a topic.
Time zone is on UTC, checked this with phpmyadmin. Because i read in a topic.
I can also change the description in the datebase with phpmyadmin, so connection with datebase is good.
Never seen the admin page, when i login i see no match for username and/or password.
So please help me.

Thanks for help

I am sure that many others may understand that those 12 installations didn't occurred by natural cause. However, since you managed to solved the issue on your specific server requirements, please add: [SOLVED] at the beginning of the subject line on your first post.ArFe2020 wrote: ↑Tue Apr 05, 2022 1:29 amThanks for your reply.

Hi everyone, I need your help. Yesterday on the site I suffered an attack with a bot that kept sending access requests, blocking the admin panel. I proceeded from the php panel in the oc_user configuration to change username and password. Also, since the domain is under attack, I changed the admin folder to another name. I solved the problem of the attack but now I have the problem that it no longer recognizes me access with the credentials. I always get the No match for Username and / or Password error. Have any of you already had this problem? Do you have a solution? I don't want to reinstall open cart ...
You definitely don't need to reinstall OpenCart. If you changed the password in the "user" database table, those passwords are hashed, so I'm guessing you did not hash it correctly.
You can use an edit like in the followed instructions, which will give you admin access:
https://blog.sucuri.net/2016/12/unrestr ... login.html
Once you've reset the admin password, you can undo that edit. If you further restrict the admin directory to your IP address, you won't need to worry about someone else accidentally getting access.
