Hi All,

We recently changed webhosts and have encountered some some problems with our web shop. Most of the problems i have been able to find solutions via google however i am hoping someone can help me with a new problem we have encountered.

In the Admin section if I go to a customers order history just above where it has the customers order status it has 2 lines that say 'LOG FILE COULD NOT BE WRITTEN'

I was reading online its a problem with the vqmod folder in public_html but I have no idea where to begin? Can someone give me any insight on how to resolve if they have come across this before?

I have attached a screenshot of the error and where it shows for clarity.
