A while ago I had my site copied to a new domain but we are experiencing an annoying error on add to cart

It seems to refer to the url bmwebm
Most extensions are disabled

Have you checked the code in the module Google Analytics?
Saw such once a while ago at a client, was similiar to your situation - the new webagency added without informing the shopowner their script to it.
An URL to your shop would not be bad to see where this happens.
