category product display issues w/grid view

I have grid view on default for the product display page of 9 items by default which shows the first three after which its blank and displays last two of next three and first two of last three on the bottom. Essentially it's like a product was left out leaving a blank spot but this goes away in list view.....



none of the other categories do this only the this one particular category.
