Help troubleshooting site issues - redirect and undefined property errors

Hey guys. I think I need help that is beyond my current capabilities/knowledge - especially given I've been banging my head against it all day.

I posted a thread this morning viewtopic.php?f=190&t=227192 - essentially we've been unable to access our site admin all day and just get continually redirected back to the home page.

After troubleshooting various things and attempting a file restore from a month ago we are here:

Notice: Undefined property: Proxy::getExtensions in /home/wyedeanstores/public_html/system/storage/modification/catalog/controller/common/header.php on line 12

I think there are issues with various extensions but as I can't get into the admin part of the site I can't troubleshoot.

Can anyone else help and at what cost? We are happy to pay.
