UPS setup error message

I am trying to set up my store to us the UPS shipping extension. I have input all of the information such as the access code, etc. However, when I go to test the shipping, I get this error message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function curl_init() in /home/lesliejordan/website/httpdocs/store/catalog/model/shipping/ups.php on line 189

It comes up after I enter the shipping address and hit "continue."

I am not a PHP pro at all, so I'm totally lost and confused about how to solve this issue. I appreciate any help!

That means your web host doesn't have curl installed. Have them install it or find a decent host
