Customer is unable to upload image 3.0.3.2

Hi Guys,
I am having a slight issue on OC 3.0.3.2 using journal 3 theme.
When a customer wants to upload a picture the button will not work and displays no error. Link ---> https://melscakery.co.uk/cakes/birthday ... thday-cake

I have spent hours trying to figure this out looking on google, but to no avail, you guys are my last hope

You have javascript errors and your issue is not a result of opencart core code and falls outside the scope of free support.
This is a result of an extension or theme. You will need to ask them for assistance or request commercial support .

Unfortunately with highly modified themes this will always be the case. It is not unreasonable for free support not to be provided for this. If it takes more than minutes to provide an answer for non-opencart community interest issues it becomes work, which everyone should be paid reasonably.

It is not personal nor anything related to a specific theme - it is a fair an reasonable result of the economic world. By setting up a shop you are, with charity exceptions, fully signing up to.

In a standard OpenCart, customers can upload files just fine, see e.g. the demo site on this.

But you are using the Journal3 framework, which is well beyond the scope of support on an OpenCart forum, you should contact the Journal3 support.

Or you can switch to a proper OpenCart standard-compliant web theme.
