Everything was working fine. I upgraded thru Softculous and tried to clear my cookies for Token errors and when I went back to log in, I cannot access the admin page. I see lots of remedies but, not sure which one to try.. Any help would be appreciated.

What version did you upgrade from? What happens when you try to login?

I get no error just stays on the same screen. Looks like it logs in but doesn't go to the OC dashboard.. updated from 3.0.3.1

Have you checked both your OpenCart and PHP errors logs?

Does that error appear every time you login to admin or was it just once? Did you change the time zone setting in admin at all?

Looks like it appears every time, I did change the time zone when I was in there. I was following the Check your server steps.

If you get locked out or cannot login try setting the Timezone back to UTC

In phpmyadmin go to your oc_setting table and under the key column look for config_timezone, set the value back to UTC, clear your browser history and try to login again.
