Bugs in custom theme

Hello,

I'm learning how to configure opencart, it's my first experience with it.

I installed a theme, but it has some errors when displaying some pages. I think it must be because it's missing some theme modules, in the theme instructions it says to install some modules that don't appear for me in: Extensions -> Modules.

I noticed in the theme files that all modules that are in the folder "admin\model\extension\module" appear to install and edit, however the modules in the folder "catalog\controller\extension\module" none of them appear to install or edit in the admin panel.

Could I be making a beginner's mistake?

I checked the opencart database and there are some tables missing that the missing modules use, they only appear after installed by the panel?

It's a free extension which means they might not provide much support so you could pay a developer such as ourselves or post a job in the Commercial Support Forum.
