Custom extension for additional data in order

Hello,
i am looking for a custom extension to solve problem with some additional data for the order:
In my shop i am selling tickets. Each ticket is a product and can have more variants (solved by options)
Customer can buy 1 or more pieces of ticket.
for each piece i need to know additional information: First name, Last name, Email.
Example 1: Customer puts into basket 1 piece of ticket and has to be able to fill 1 x First name, 1 x Last name, 1 x Email
Example 2: Customer puts into basket 3 pieces of one ticket. There has to be filled 3 x First name, 3 x Last name, 3 x Email
All these information i need to see in the order.
