Hello, I have a mod that no longer works I don't understand why.
When you select quantity the button indicates "loading" and does not go forward ..

How can I find out where the error is and how to fix it?

OC version. Either contact the extension developer of the extension or create a new service request in the Commercial Support section of the forum to have this issue solved as a custom job.

The developer (stay away from TMD) just don't want to hear from him anymore, he took me a deposit of $ 150 for another custom job (which was supposed to cost about $ 200) and now he doesn't finish it anymore, because he says it takes too long !!!
I believe that it is the modifications of him among other things that have blocked me this mod of his.
I pointed out that he was no longer working and he still asks me for money ...

If the extension was purchased from the Marketplace, you could always use the Contact Us link from this site and provide your order ID with your complaint regarding the lack of support about this extension specifically. The forum cannot assist for extension support issues when it comes to licensing issues. Otherwise, the 2nd option from my above reply would then need to be considered to look at this issue specifically.

Both the mod that doesn't work and the new job that ruined the old mod for me and it wasn't finished, they are custom work taken directly from TMD.
I understand that if I turn to the commercial support section I can solve everything, but I don't think that in this forum there is only paid assistance, I see that in other places or we help each other as in all forums of any kind!
So I thank those who will help me understand what to do ..

You have an extension clearly for options in this case and it is disabling the add to cart button.
If you can't get the developer to fix it and from what you say I guess you can't, then either use another extension that suits or pay someone to fix it.
I take it is is NOT a free extension.

Or get the OpenCart support to refund the payment transaction because the extension doesn't appear to work.

It will be feasible to use another similar app and through the database put everything back into another mod without losing the settings of the options already present on my shop, I have hundreds of products that use this mod.
Anyone send me a quote for this job?

Check your error and OCMod Logs.

As straightlight just said, you need to check logs etc.
Guessing is just guessing and can cause you more issues than resolve, especially if it is just going to be a long list of post this, edit that. The second module appears to work fine - it might be something very small - a typo perhaps - but you have the right idea, ask for professional help.

If you have no luck understanding what you are looking for in your logs, just PM someone (straightlight appears to be around right now) and ask them nicely if they will at least look and quote. You can also post in the commercial section viewforum.php?f=88, but it is not really useful to you at them moment because you don’t understand what is going on.

Your custom options extension appears to be working correctly with most other products with dependent options.
I would suggest it may be a problem with this particular product in the catalog and the setup of that product and options etc.
As suggested above check your error logs.
