Customer Password Reset for wholesale store/customer group.

We are using OC Version 2.3.0.2. Our website has a retail (default store) and an wholesale area (additional multi store) along with a retail and wholesalers customer group. If I go to the login page on the retail side and click the Forgot Password link everything works correctly. I put in my email, get sent an email with a reset password link, I click on it and go to the Reset Your Password page where I can reset it.

Our problem is that when I go to the wholesale site and do the same thing the reset password link in my email automatically redirects me back to the login page rather than the Reset Your Password page. When I check using a redirect tracing website it says I have a 302 Found redirect to our wholesale login page.

I have tried with the reset link with a code and without a code (i.e. https://wholesaleexamplesite.com/index. ... eset&code=####################################### and https://wholesaleexamplesite.com/index. ... ount/reset) If I go to the latter on the retail site (https://retailexamplesite.com/index.php ... ount/reset) it gives me an error message saying my reset code is invalid (which makes sense since there is no reset code) but on the wholesale site it just redirects to the login page with no error message.

I have searched through the settings for the wholesale store and the wholesalers customer group and I can't find anything that would prevent the users from resetting their password or that would cause a redirect. I have checked my error logs and nothing is logged at the time I try to access the link. I have an extension that redirects broken links but there is no link being redirected for the account/reset page on the wholesale site.

Does anyone have any idea why this is redirecting?
