Ask a Question module is time-saving. A customer clicks on the Ask a Question button and fill up the details like Name, Email, Subject, Message.
You will get the message on your inbox about customer queries.
The subject will be filled up automatically if a product page. When a customer is logged Name and email address will be filled up automatically as well.
