Blank admin Panel

I can't log in to my admin panel after uploaded the Whatsapp chat extension. I already deleted all things linked with the extension but still not working. please if someone could help I will appreciate it. And thanks in advance. ??? ???

check your webserver errror logs there must be something in there explaining what is going wrong (better also post on the facebook group opencart developers since this forum doesnt get used much :) )
