Fatal error on Admin CP login

Hi, I just download 1.4.9. and it have been installed on my site..
But when I try to login on Admin section, it's show some irritating error.. is there any solution for this?
sorry if have been posted before, mod may merge/delete this thread as well.

That errors means the file catalog/model/catalog/review.php was not found. Be sure you upload all the files
